Who are we?

GrayRock is a private equity debt fund that is a hard money lender for house flippers in the state of Arkansas. We specialize in short-term lending to experienced house flippers to fund the purchase and renovations of houses for resale. We have competitive terms and funding options to attract the most experienced flippers while providing high yield returns to our investors. 

Why are we here?

GrayRock was founded by investors, tailored to be investor friendly. When banks began to tighten up on financing fix-and-flip projects and offering terms that were not favorable for scalability or just not offering loans on these projects at all, we took action. We assembled investors that were familiar with us and what we do and the idea spawned to create our own funding source to continue and scale our business.

What do we fund?

GrayRock only currently funds fix-and-flip projects in the state of Arkansas that are single family in nature. We only finance loans for a max term of 36 months and the scope of the project has to be to improve the property and sell the property in that time frame. We will fund statewide.
